Tasting :
Pale yellow, it features a fruity nose of peach, melon, apricot and exotic fruit. The palate is equally intense, with a long, mineral finish.

- Fermentation : Pressing immediately upon arrival in the winery. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (10°C) to retain all aromas. Putting into barrels as soon as fermentation gains complexity and harmony.
- Aging : In French oak barrels for 15 months. Malolactic fermentation in barrels on fine lees. Bottled on a favourable lunar day.
