Tasting :
A garnet red color with orange hues that become increasingly apparent as the wine ages. Subtle, evolved, intense, and persistent aromas. On the palate, it is a complex, dry, and well-balanced wine with soft tannins.
Wine Pairing :
Grilled and roasted red meats (rare beef steak), lamb (tagine, couscous, leg of lamb), game, and strong cheeses.
