Tasting :
A wine with a distinctive, brilliant color and tone. Stable over time. Very rich, intense and persistent bouquet. Notes of ripe fruit, hard wood, spices and licorice combine with sensations of great vinosity. The palate is very warm, with acidity and tannicity still present, but tending towards sweetness. Very long, persistent aromatic finish.
Wine Pairing :
Excellent with roasts and game
