Ingredients: Arneis pomace from the Langhe Roero region, from grapes harvested fresh during the harvest.
- Distillation The pomace is distilled fresh, as soon as it arrives at the distillery, a measure that allows to extract even more fragrances and aromas from the harvest.
- Still: Indirect and discontinuous steam distiller made of steel and copper.
- Aging: Over a long period of time in stainless steel tanks.
