Tasting :
A clear, brilliant ruby-colored wine. Its nose is rich and harmonious, marked by notes of red berries—cherries and raspberries—accompanied by elegant floral hints of violet. A hint of iodine and a subtle vegetal note contribute to its freshness and aromatic complexity.

Pairs perfectly with grilled chicken, salmon, grilled vegetables, mushroom dishes, pizzas, and semi-soft cheeses such as caciotta or mild cheddar. Best served slightly chilled (14–16 °C).
