Tasting :
Ruby red color with subtle highlights. The nose features fruity notes of peach and blackberry, delicate floral notes of rose, and subtle hints of spices such as pepper and licorice. Full-bodied on the palate, supported by lively but well-integrated tannins, it finishes with fresh, pleasant acidity.
Wine Pairing :
Excellent with roasts and mature cheeses, it should also be tried with braised meats.
