The typical wines of this vineyard have smoky and spicy notes, created thanks to the limestone soil. The balance between minerality and perfectly ripe grapes is expressed in salty and mineral notes, which makes the wine very durable. The tension between maturity, power, fruit, depth and mineral acidity makes this wine so special.
