Tasting :
A persistent, creamy mousse. Intense aromas of redcurrant, peach, and pear. Subtle vegetal notes of dandelion. On the palate, it is creamy, fresh, and dry. A fruity finish.

Perfect as an appetizer. Ideal with seafood dishes and vegetarian starters.
