Tasting :
Ruby red color with slight garnet hues. The nose is dominated by floral and fruity notes, giving the wine remarkable freshness and bouquet. On the palate, the fruity and floral sensations are balanced by gentle tannins. Persistent and deep, giving it a beautiful length.
Wine Pairing :
Ideal with meat and charcuterie starters, well-structured pasta dishes, boiled meats, stews, and medium-aged cheeses.
