Tasting :
Intense garnet with red ruby nuances and violet highlights. The bouquet is vinous, airy and resolutely fruity (cherry, blackberry and red berry), with notes of red fruit, jam and marinated cherries, with toasty, spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Tannins are supple and fresh, well-balanced by pleasant acidity. The taste is rich, warm, and intense, with a good balance between alcohol and acidity and a structure that makes it stand the test of time.
Wine Pairing :
Well-structured meats, cooked charcuterie, pasta with meat sauce, roasted or grilled red meats and semi-strong cheese.
