Aromas and flavours of sweet cherry, blueberry, peppery spice and plum.
Wine Pairing :
Ideal companion for most dishes. This pleasant, fruity variety goes well with a wide range of dishes, including barbecued beef ribs, slow-roasted brisket, hamburgers, roast duck and pizzas.

- Type of soil: Sandy loam. Zinfandel is mainly grown in the Mokelumne River sub-AVA in Lodi.
- Irrigation: Drip irrigation
- Harvesting: Machine and manual
- Fermentation: In stainless steel vats for 6 days. 5 days on skins.
- Maturation: Aged in new French and American oak barrels for 5 months. A minimum of sulphites has been added. Malolactic fermentation. On light lees, brut racking before oak aging. Kept in bottle for 3 to 4 months before release.
