Tasting :
Bright ruby red colour with purplish reflections characteristic of the grape variety. On the nose, notes of geranium and fresh fruit emerge. On the palate, it is dry, acidulous, and warm. The crushed red grapes mixed with their present tannins give a pleasant almond note at the mouth’s end.

Rich red meat, game. Vegetable dishes with roasted tomatoes, eggplants, and garlic.
