Tasting :
Intense and vibrant ruby red colour. Fresh, floral, and fruity nose preludes to smooth and agreeably velvety drinking, with a juicy finish. Versatile wine.

Barbera pairs well with fattier meats such as duck, roast pork, and rabbit. It also goes well with charcuterie served with toasted bread drizzled with olive oil, accompanied by a few pieces of mild, neutral cheese.
