Tasting :
A balanced and aromatic Cuvée, a beautiful expression of the Chiroubles PDO, red fruits, fresh flowers and a touch of pepper. Fair and balanced palate, salivating but delicate tension. A supple texture and a rich structure. Ruby red colour.

Cold cuts, white meats, cheese. Among friends....

- Age of vines: 50 years
- Type of soil: Granitic
- Yield of the vines : 50 HL/Ha
- Irrigation: No - forbidden by the decree of the appellation
- Harvest : 100 % Manual
- Fermentation: Fermentation in concrete vats for 12 to 15 days on the skins. Malolactic fermentation, carbonic maceration on fine lees.
- Maturation: In concrete tanks for at least 6 months. Aging of 6 months before marketing.
- Type of yeast : Starter yeast or without yeast according to the vats
- Type of fining: None, light filtration on earth
- Cellar: 3 to 5 years
- Serving temperature: Uncork 10 minutes before and enjoy between 12 and 14 °C.
