Tasting :
Deep garnet red with ruby highlights, rich, intense, fruity and persistent bouquet of rose petals, ash wood and blackberries, full-bodied, tasty and tannic mouth.
Wine Pairing :
Perfect with red meat, game, aged cheeses and most rich dishes.
