Tasting :
Garnet-red colour with orange highlights. On the nose, pungent sensations of black pepper, leather and cinnamon, and more delicate ones of violet and Spanish cherry. On the palate, it is well tannic and moderately tannic.

- Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks for 15 to 18 days at a temperature of 28° to 30° C.
- Maturation : 30 months aging in French and Slavonian oak barrels. Most of the barrels are 2500L Slavonian and a small proportion (20%) are small French oak. Bottled for 10 months.
