Tasting :
Straw yellow with a greenish sheen. On the nose, it presents aromas of bakery, white fruit, citrus and wild herbs. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and fat, with good acidity, fine bitterness and good structure.

Small appetizers, seafood, rice, pasta, unripened cheeses, white meats and vegetables.
