Tasting :
Brilliant pale yellow colour with deep golden highlights. Aromas of elder flower, acacia, and wildflower honey followed by fruity notes of pineapple. Fresh and very smooth on the palate. Hints of citrus and lemon add balance and a tangy finish.
Wine Pairing :
Ideal with apéritifs, shellfish, or Crottin de Chavignol.
