Tasting :
A beautiful straw yellow dress with golden highlights. A first delicate nose that opens quickly on notes of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. In the mouth, the fruit is bright with a large and chiselled palate marked by lemon zest and freshly sliced ??pineapple. It is a racy vintage with a crisp vivacity and a persistent aromatic amplitude.
Wine Pairing :
Complex and rich, it is associated with rich and refined fish-based dishes such as swordfish millefeuille or langoustine tartar in green tea broth and apricot jelly or poultry fricassee.
