Tasting :
The nose is refined and slightly austere. The palate is firm and well structured, with good fruit weight and fresh wild berry fruit flavours. It shows great power, length, and persistence, with a fine ripe tannic structure.

Classic meat dishes. Red meat. Mushroom stew. Strong cheeses.
