Tasting :
"The 2012 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatieres has a much more instant nose compared to Alain Chavy’s other premier crus – the Folatieres springing from the glass. The palate is crisp and vibrant on the entry with harmonious citrus notes interlaced with white peach and apricot. This is classy and quite sophisticated for the vintage with a long, pleasing tail on the finish. Gorgeous! " -NM Wine Advocate
