Tasting :
Ferra is a Soave that stands out for its depth, richness, and intensity. Both on the nose and on the palate, it captivates with notes of orchard fruits, enhanced by a hint of oak in the background; silky and complex, it has everything it takes to become a Soave with excellent aging potential and a deeply rewarding complexity.
Wine Pairing :
Pairs well with white meats (poultry and rabbit), firm-fleshed fish, and hard, aged cheeses.
