Tasting :
Bright straw color. Notes of rich, ripe fruit with a hint of smoke and spice. Aromas of fresh fruit, slightly spicy and woody. Well-balanced acidity on the palate.
Wine Pairing :
Lamb’s lettuce salad with walnut oil. Excellent with chunky stews or vegetarian stuffed cabbage with shiitake mushrooms. A great partner for risotto or even wild boar sausage.
