Tasting :
Pale straw yellow with a lemon edge. Bright, limpid colour. Clean, intense, highly complex aromas of tropical fruit: kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit. Elegant floral notes of lavender, fennel, and citrus. Balanced and well-structured, full-bodied and fresh on the palate.
Wine Pairing :
Seafood, roast poultry, steamed vegetables. Paella. An excellent picnic wine that goes well with salads, crispy fried chicken, baguette, and deli sandwiches.
