Tasting :
``Very dark, ripe red colour, very bright, with bluish tints denoting its youth. Fresh acidity enhances the aromas of red fruit, toast, and roasted coffee on the palate. The nose is lively and expressive, with aromas of fresh red fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant).
Wine Pairing :
This organic red wine goes perfectly with all types of sausage, as well as soups, stews, poultry, rice and fresh pasta, mushrooms and fresh pasta.

- Fermentation : Stainless steel vat for 14 days (26ºC). Micro-oxygenation during fermentation.
- Maturation: 6 months in French and American oak barrels. 25 days on skins. Malolactic fermentation. Pre-fermentation carbonic maceration. No lees. Kept in the bottle for 1 to 2 years before marketing.
