Tasting :
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Lingering, ample and ethereal, with notes of spices, undergrowth, red berries and faded roses. An elegant wine, harmonious, with a lengthy aromatic persistence, with balanced and enveloping tannins, a dry and persistent finish
Wine Pairing :
Red meat, game, mushroom and truffle dishes, it also goes well with mature cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan Pecorino. Excellent wine for meditation.
