Tasting :
Intense ruby red with garnet highlights. Persistent, ample and ethereal, with notes of spices, underbrush, red berries and faded roses. An elegant, harmonious wine with long aromatic persistence, balanced, enveloping tannins and a dry, persistent finish.
Wine Pairing :
Red meat, game, mushroom and truffle dishes, mature cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan Pecorino. Excellent wine for meditation.
