Tasting :
Bright and shimmering, shades of pale yellow. Notes of delicate stone fruits, evoking plum and Mirabelle apricot. Herbaceous aromas of green tea and spring herbs such as chervil and ginger. The taste of white pepper, anise and rusty steel reveals its unmistakable origin of Rotliegende. On the palate, a dry feeling full of extracts reminiscent of apricots and grapefruit.
Wine Pairing :
Fish and white meat. Roasted green asparagus with chicken and light almond sauce.
