Tasting :
Aromatic and supple - Cherry-red colour with ruby highlights and violet nuances. Intense nose with reminiscences of ripe red fruit and redcurrant, blackberry and plum. Fresh, full-bodied palate with a good attack, showing long-lasting fruitiness and a slightly tannic finish. Balanced acidity, pleasant, intense aftertaste.
Wine Pairing :
Charcuterie or semi-firm cheeses; aperitifs or light starters, blue fish, white meats (poultry) or red meats and grilled meats. Mushrooms, pasta, rice with lobster, cod or other fish in sauce.
