Tasting :
Light straw yellow colour. Delicate floral with a light hint of fruits, clear and fine.
Palate lively acidity, fresh, cheerful and natural.
Wine Pairing :
Excellent as an aperitif; great pairing for cold and warm fish starters; and easy-light cousin.

- Fermentation : The winemaking of Ribolla gialla and Chardonnay are distinct, as their maturity is different. The grapes are carefully destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentations are at controlled temperature 18-20°C with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
- Maturation : In stainless steel tank for 6 months. Aging on lees until the following spring. Stick weekly until they are assembled and bottled.
