Notes of cherry and raspberry mixed with floral notes of rose petals and violet. Beautiful aromatic blend.
Wine Pairing :
Excellent with grilled salmon or steak, it also goes well with a mushroom pizza.

- Harvest : Manual in the morning. Hand sorting and destemming
- Fermentation : Cold maceration 8 to 10 °C for 36 hours. Manual pressing in stainless steel vats with top opening for 7 days. 14 days on the skins. Malolactic fermentation.
- Maturation : Stainless steel tank for 5 days. Aging in French oak barrels (10% new, 45% 2 years old and 45% 3 years old.) Aged with the lees of the wine. Bottled and kept 12 months before marketing.
