Tasting :
Flavours of ripe orchard stone fruits such as apple, pear and white peach. Balanced with aromas of spice and lemon thyme, tarragon and long red pepper. Incredibly juicy with lots of extract and phenolic curves. Viscous, almost oily texture on the palate, with a firm grip that oscillates between creaminess and salinity.

Fish and white meat. Green asparagus roasted with chicken and a light lemon sauce.
