Tasting :
Golden yellow color. Powerful nose of ripe fruit (peach, grapefruit, tangerine) and sweet notes of vanilla and smoke due to contact with wood, with a characteristic aniseed finish. Very well structured on the palate, round, creamy and full-bodied, it offers great freshness. Long, elegant finish.

Seafood, baked fish with sauces or grilled, rice, tender meats, Iberian ham and foie gras.
