Tasting :
A delicate, floral nose, revealing white-fleshed fruit and citrus aromas. Fresh and delicate on the palate, floral, mineral and creamy. Airy, hawthorn, citrus, blood orange, orgeat. Good length.
Wine Pairing :
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fish, shellfish and pressed cheeses.
