Tasting :
Pale yellow in color, with an intense fragrance of pineapple and citrus fruit. Dry, fresh and harmonious on the palate. Elegant, well-structured.
Wine Pairing :
Excellent as an aperitif, Monte Schiavo’s "Coste del Molino" is the ideal white wine to accompany first courses and appetizers. It’s excellent with raw fish, carpaccio and tuna sashimi in particular.
