Tasting :
Light yellow colour with gray highlights. The nose is marked by exotic hints of thiol and sweet spices.
The palate is full-bodied and firm on the attack, then reveals an elegant bitterness on the finish.
Wine Pairing :
A gastronomic wine, it is ideal with white fish, white meats and hard cheeses.
