Tasting :
Ruby red with silver reflections. Amylic nose, spices, kirsch, cherries and red fruits. In the mouth, we find the red fruits of the nose. The wine is ample and fluid with spices coming out at the mouth’s end.
Wine Pairing :
Cheeses with character, mature cheddar, camembert. Seasoned cold cuts, Mediterranean dishes, tapas.
