Tasting :
A rich, full-bodied wine with aromas of apricot, nectarine and flowers, but with a saline minera``lity and bright acidity. A hint of smoke adds depth and intensity.

Winemaking :
- Variety: 100% Albarino
- Age of vines : 8 years
- Type of soil: 2 sites - Alluvial soil (decomposed sandstone from Table Mountain) and rocky soil - 70% quartz and mudstone.
- Yield of vines : 6 t /ha
- Irrigation : Drip irrigation
- Harvesting: Machine harvested at night
- Fermentation: Stainless steel vat for 21 days. Maceration +/- one hour on the skins.
- Maturation: Stainless steel vat, 100 days on primary lees.
- Type of yeast : Vin 7 (yeast used to enhance the thiol aromas of white wines).
- Refining: Bentonite - 2.5 micron filtered wine
