Tasting :
Ruby red colour with dark reflections. The bouquet is typically elegant and presents aromas of cherries. The cultivation on limestone soils gives the red wine its freshness. The palate is both fruity and creamy. The fine acid structure makes it a delicate wine with a nice length on the finish.

It goes well with all kinds of meats, even chicken.
