Tasting :
Brilliant cherry-red color with intense blue and violet highlights. Powerful nose with a wide variety of aromas of red and forest fruits (vanilla, liquorice...) and balsam (eucalyptus). Aromas of licorice, cedar and smoke, typical of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Soft on the palate, with silky, smooth, pleasant acidity that makes it fresh with a long finish and an aftertaste reminiscent of berries and vanilla.
