Tasting :
The color is ruby red with garnet highlights. The rich and expressive bouquet presents initially notes of faded rose, cherries under alcohol, then opens on tar, leather, pepper and truffle. The mouth is dense and richly pulpy, the dense and warm structure evolves in the glass expressing the best of the Serralunga d’Alba wines.

Main dishes with red meat. Matured cheeses. Goes well with truffle-based preparations.
