Tasting :
Aromatic nose of honey, cinnamon, and apricots. On the palate, a beautiful attack full of aromas, with a good balance of sugar and acidity. Slight bitterness on the finish with a long aftertaste of roasted hazelnuts.
Wine Pairing :
This white wine pairs well with cheese and fish, poultry, mildly spiced Asian dishes, and sushi.
