Tasting :
Yellow colour with golden reflections, and a generous and abundant foam cordon. The first nose is dominated by aromas of apricots and fresh bread, with floral notes. In the second part, more complex notes of pralines, hazelnut, and shortbread. In the mouth, delicately brioche, creamy and buttery flavours.
Wine Pairing :
Serve as an apéritif, or with green asparagus, Parmesan, rock fish, sea urchins and razors.
