The wine is straw yellow with light greenish hints. It offers a particularly fine mineral feeling, notes of fruit such as green apple and white wild flowers. It is lively, balanced with a fresh acidity, which increases its persistency and favour its drinkability. A slight almond finish.

Excellent as aperitif, paired with hors d’oeuvres and fish Ragù, first courses based on vegetable, ceviche and fish tartar, it is the perfect match for seafood. As well as with white meet and fresh young cheeses.
