Light yellow colour. Aromatic palette of exotic fruits and yellow fruits. Delicate floral notes with a nice freshness and some material on the palate

- Fermentation : Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Three months in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Short skin maceration of a few hours and pressing. No malolactic fermentation.
