Tasting :
Distinct nose marked by fruit-floral and balsamic complexity, with rich multi-layered nuances from the barrel. Sturdy and balanced tannins, at the same time elegant and smooth. Aromas of strawberry and raspberry alongside generous spicy notes that are the hallmark of Montalcino.

Grilled or roasted red meat, game, osso bucco and cheese.

- Fermentation: Fermented in temperature-controlled conical tanks for approximately three weeks
- Maturation: Aged for at least 30 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in the bottle. Special features: Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, which gives the wine greater suppleness and roundness.
